Soliant is hiring a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school opening in the Fairwood, Washington area. This role involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing essential speech and language services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices effectively.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Washington ESA certification.
- Previous experience working in schools.
- Proficiency with AAC devices.
