A school district in Texas is looking for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a need for the rest of the school year. The caseload requires an organized clinician with effective communication skills that can handle a caseload of anywhere between 30-50 students K-12.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- School-based working experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Familiar with the IEP process and able to act as caseload manager
- General computer knowledge
Job Description:
- Guaranteed Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$52 including direct and indirect services
- Work within school hours for a great work-life balance
- Conduct virtual assessments of students’ speech and communication abilities, track progress, and recommend appropriate speech therapy interventions to support their communication and learning goals.
- Collaborate remotely with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and update IEPs for students within the district.
- Offer virtual training and guidance to family members, caregivers, and other professionals as needed.
