- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- School-based working experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Description:
A school district in California has a need for a full time Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. The position requires the SLP to work remotely from home while providing services to k-12 age students in the district. An active California license and two years of previous school-based experience are required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions through online platforms
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest teletherapy techniques and resources
