Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Indiana
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist with a strong understanding of online student care
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on student needs and goals
- Document patient progress through online follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Inform students and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and wellness strategies
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and refer students to additional resources when necessary
- Miantain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing a diverse caseload effectively
