Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference from the comfort of your home? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this position, you will engage with diverse students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose communication disorders in speech, language, and fluency; create individualized IEPs for students.
- Provide therapy, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
- Work with educators, parents, and staff to improve students’ communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and participate in planning meetings.
- Be a student advocate, train staff, and always be learning with ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
