Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will work with elementary school students to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our students’ communication skills and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ communication goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families regarding speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students thrive.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
