Join Our Team as a Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois for the 2024-2025 School Year
VocoVision Teletherapy is actively seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team remotely from anywhere in the United States. This contract role offers flexible scheduling tailored to your preferences, competitive hourly pay of $50-$55, guaranteed hours, and opportunities for overtime. We are currently recruiting for the current semester, summer extended school year, and the upcoming academic year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with teams that include occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, dietitians, and educators.
- Customized Therapy: Develop personalized therapy materials and conduct sessions tailored to diverse student skill levels.
- Assessment and Planning: Perform assessments and assist in creating behavior management strategies and crisis intervention plans.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students ranging from kindergarten to twelfth grade.
- Full-Time Commitment: Maintain a flexible full-time schedule, typically working 37.5-40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Credentials: Hold CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and ASHA certification.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students is required.
- Licensure: Hold valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for state licensure.
- Desirable Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
