WFH Speech Language Pathologist | FT Position in California
Transform Speech Therapy as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in California
Are you an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference in students' lives while working remotely? Join us as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) and use your expertise to support students across California, all from the convenience of your home office. This is an exciting opportunity to provide valuable therapy services to students in need while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Important Note: This is a remote position, but candidates must be licensed in California (and your state of residence) to qualify for this role.
Key Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Must be from an accredited institution that aligns with California's educational requirements.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP): Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- California State Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a valid California SLP license.
- Professional Experience: At least two years of prior experience in a school, pediatric, or clinical setting is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with students, parents, school staff, and administrators.

- Liability Insurance: All contractors are required to obtain professional liability insurance before beginning their work.
- Technology Requirements: Successful candidates must pass a tech screening to ensure adequate Wi-Fi speed, download capability, and Zoom functionality.
- 1099 Agreement: This is a 1099 contract position, offering the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently.
