Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and manage personalized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and refine treatment strategies as necessary.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.
- Carry out screenings, maintain precise records, and participate in collaborative team meetings.
- Advocate for students, stay current with industry advancements, and pursue continuous professional education.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
- Washington SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
