Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy to students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) License required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience in teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students virtually
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted)
What We Offer
- Contract Type: 1099
- Hours: Guaranteed weekly hours during school hours
- Pay Rate: $42-58 per hour, depending on experience and district budget
- Support: Access to clinical and technical teams for assistance
