Caseload: PreK-12th Grade
Pay Range: $52-57/hr

We are looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) licensed in Washington to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in PreK-12 students via virtual assessments.
- Design and implement therapy plans that address students’ unique communication needs.
- Deliver live virtual speech therapy sessions using engaging and evidence-based techniques.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team conferences.
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Provide resources and strategies to parents and staff to promote continued skill development outside of sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
- Valid ESA Certification in Washington state.
- Minimum two years of school-based experience preferred.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to navigate teletherapy platforms.
- Access to high-speed internet and a personal computer.
