Special Requirements:
- Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Arkansas.
Job Description: The Little Rock School District is seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the upcoming school year. This position is ideal for professionals who are experienced in providing remote therapy services and are passionate about supporting middle and high school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy services to a caseload of around 40 middle and high school students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and track student progress through virtual platforms.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure effective communication and support for student success.
Requirements:
- Active SLP license in Arkansas.
- Proven experience with virtual therapy settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
