Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy to students with a variety of needs and developmental levels
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement personalized therapy interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols
- Create an engaging, positive virtual learning environment
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
