Location: Remote (Michigan-based)
Contract Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract through Soliant Education

We are seeking a full-time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, serving students across Michigan. This position is a 1099 contract role with the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech and language therapy services to students in Michigan.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in Michigan.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students is a plus.
- Strong communication and technical skills for remote work.
Requirements:
- Pass a technology screening to ensure compatibility with remote therapy tools.
- Obtain liability insurance prior to starting the assignment.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, as a 1099 contractor.
