Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy to students with various needs and developmental stages.
- Conduct assessments, create IEPs, and implement personalized therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to track and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates.
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
- Foster an engaging, positive virtual learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Required: Alabama Teaching Certificate
- Required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
- Experience with K-12 students preferred.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
