Virtual Speech Language Pathologist-Washington

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, focusing on functional outcomes and enhancing communication skills.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's specific needs and preferences.
- Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Washington state licensure and eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working as a speech-language pathologist, with proficiency in teletherapy or remote service delivery models.
