In this role, you will work closely with a diverse student population, helping them navigate communication challenges and achieve their potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose speech, language, and fluency disorders; design and execute personalized IEPs for students.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans based on progress.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to address communication challenges.
- Screen for disorders, maintain records, and attend team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Advocate for student communication needs, train staff, and keep up with professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
