Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide teletherapy services to students in a virtual school setting. As a virtual SLP, you will work with students and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that foster progress and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments of students' speech and language skills, including articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address students' specific needs.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using teletherapy platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all therapy sessions and assessments.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
