Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to enhance students' communication abilities.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to maximize therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid SLP license in Ohio and at least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
- Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual therapy services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for seamless teletherapy sessions (Chromebooks/tablets not recommended).
