Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (Teletherapy) in Virginia
Reston, VA
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time virtual position in Virginia. This opportunity allows you to work from home while delivering exceptional therapy services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide speech therapy services to students via teletherapy platforms.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Document progress and update goals as needed.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations.
- Stay compliant with state and district requirements for teletherapy services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education requirements.
- Previous experience with teletherapy platforms and technology is preferred.
Virginia State Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology License through the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Must complete all state and district requirements for working with students in public schools, including a background check.
