Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and safe environment that encourages both academic and social growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, specialists, and staff to support students' unique needs across various environments.
- Develop, manage, and implement IEPs tailored to students with disabilities, providing personalized instruction.
- Modify teaching strategies and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Reliable high-speed internet and computer
- Preferred experience in virtual therapy
Compensation and Additional Details:
- 1099 contract position
- Hourly rate: $52-$57
- Guaranteed weekly hours
- Access to clinical and technical support
