Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services via a teletherapy platform.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and comply with school and state requirements.
- Utilize innovative digital tools and resources to create interactive and effective therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Virginia SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
