Remote Therapy Opportunity! ProCare Therapy is hiring a Virtual SLP to deliver top-notch speech services to Tennessee students during the 2024-25 school year. If you have a passion for helping kids overcome communication challenges, this job is for you!
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Location: Remote – Serving students in Tennessee
- School Year: 2024-2025
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students in Tennessee.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure students meet their educational goals.
- Regularly evaluate and document student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
- Utilize innovative teletherapy platforms and tools to create interactive learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Tennessee SLP license required.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with communication disorders.
- Experience in virtual therapy or teletherapy services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with technology and access to a reliable high-speed internet connection (Chromebooks/tablets are not allowed).
