Job Overview:
- Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time, Part-Time Applicants Welcome)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard school hours
- Location: Pennsylvania (remote)
- Contract Type: 1099 Contractor
- Hourly Rate: $45-53/hr (rate varies based on experience and district budget)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students across Pennsylvania
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand students’ communication needs
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Lead interactive and engaging virtual therapy sessions
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district standards
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
- At least two years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Previous virtual therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet for smooth virtual therapy sessions
