About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in New Mexico to join our growing virtual team! As a remote SLP, you will provide high-quality therapy services to students in K-12 schools across the state. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, virtual speech therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each student.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments using online platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to help students achieve their communication goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and communication development.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid New Mexico SLP license (required).
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Virtual therapy experience is an advantage, but we will support you as you transition to online services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
