Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Nevada
Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference from the comfort of your own home? We’re partnering with a school district in Nevada to offer an exciting remote opportunity for a full-time or part-time position for the 2024/2025 school year.
Job Details:
- Location: Fully remote (work from anywhere in Nevada)
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details to be discussed during the interview)
- Position Type: Full-time and part-time available
- Duration: 2024/2025 school year
Responsibilities:
- Provide online speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Document and track student progress, ensuring all records are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active ASHA certification and state licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
- Prior experience in teletherapy is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dependable computer (no Chromebooks/tablets).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $40-$50+ per hour, depending on experience
- Position Type: 1099 contractor
- Weekly Hours: Guaranteed
