Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Lexington, NC

Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Caseload: Primarily Elementary, with younger students included
Responsibilities: Supervise an SLPA, collaborate with virtual SLP, support with ECATS
Soliant is looking for a qualified SLP to join a supportive district in Lexington, NC. This part-time role will provide essential speech therapy services to elementary students and assist with some younger students. You’ll be working alongside a virtual SLP to help manage a high caseload, and you’ll have an SLPA facilitator to assist on-site. ECATS experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver services for elementary caseloads.
- Supervise the SLPA and coordinate care with a virtual SLP to balance caseloads.
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance.
- Utilize ECATS for reporting and tracking where possible.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Experience with school-based settings and ECATS is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
