- Deliver engaging virtual therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify specific areas of need.
- Develop and implement personalized education plans, diligently tracking progress along the way.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and school staff, sharing effective therapy strategies.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and school administrators to address students' academic and social-emotional needs.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Possess current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a K-12 educational setting.
- Proficient in utilizing teletherapy and other remote technology for therapy and assessments.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities with students, parents, and school staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload.
