Pay Range: $41-46/hr

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in Tennessee with their communication goals through engaging virtual sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language challenges.
- Develop and execute tailored therapy plans aligned with student-specific needs.
- Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
- Partner with educators, parents, and team members to ensure holistic student development.
- Document progress, refine strategies as necessary, and maintain compliance with school and state standards.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings to advocate for students’ communication needs.
- Provide support and training to parents and teachers to enhance therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Valid Tennessee educator license required.
- Minimum of two years of school-based experience preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and remote service delivery.
- High-speed internet and a reliable computer setup.
