Job Description:
We are seeking a fully remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services in Massachusetts. This 1099/Independent Contractor position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a pay rate of $55 - $60 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license, and educational endorsement may be required for some positions. A minimum of 2 years of virtual experience is preferred, and teletherapy experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services through teletherapy
- Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators and parents to meet students' needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress reports
Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Educational endorsement may be required for some roles
- 2+ years of virtual experience preferred
- Teletherapy experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $55 - $60 per hour, depending on experience
