Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement student-specific IEPs.
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support and enhance students' communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings for strategic planning.
- Champion students' communication needs, keep updated with current practices, and pursue continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
