Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We are looking for a talented SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse student population to address communication challenges and help them reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and execute tailored education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapeutic interventions, track student progress, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address and support communication needs.
- Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Advocate for students, stay current with industry trends, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
- Washington SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
