Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - North Carolina (Full Time)
Soliant is seeking qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time opportunities in North Carolina. This remote role offers SLPs the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills while working from the comfort of their home. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions for students with diverse needs.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans to meet students' individual goals.
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with IEP requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Perform assessments and evaluations to determine therapy needs and outcomes.
- Use innovative tools and techniques to provide engaging online therapy.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Previous experience in school-based or virtual settings preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a flexible caseload and work independently.
