About the Role:
Soliant Education is looking for a passionate and qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students across Ohio. This full-time, full-year contracted position allows you to work remotely, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills.
As a virtual SLP, you’ll be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing speech disorders, and delivering therapy while collaborating with school teams to support student progress and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- ASHA Certification
- Active Ohio State SLP License
- Completion and passing of a tech screen
- Ability to secure liability insurance before starting
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders through virtual platforms
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to students remotely
- Track student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents
- Keep thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer guidance on student needs
- Stay updated on virtual therapy techniques and best practices in SLP
