Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans as necessary.
- Work with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' communication requirements.
- Carry out screenings, keep accurate records, and engage in team meetings for strategic planning.
- Promote students' communication needs, stay updated with the latest practices, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
