Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Needed in Pennsylvania – Full-Time Opportunity
Position Type:
- Full-Time, 1099 Contract
- Professional Liability Insurance Required Upon Offer
Start Date: January - May
Caseload: PreK-12th Grade, Approximately 50 Students, Including Mixed Service Models (Direct and Consultative)
Pay Range: $50-55/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to students’ communication challenges.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy sessions via a secure virtual platform.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to align therapy strategies with academic goals.
- Track and document student progress through detailed session notes and data analysis.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, presenting data-driven recommendations for student plans.
- Stay updated with advancements in teletherapy tools and techniques to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Active Pennsylvania teaching certification and updated state clearances (FBI, PA State Police, Child Abuse Clearance).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Minimum of two years of experience in school-based settings.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms (experience with teletherapy preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
