Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact on students' lives? We’re looking for a skilled SLP to deliver high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll support a diverse group of students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. As a key member of our forward-thinking teletherapy team, you’ll work with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and execute customized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Work with educators, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
- Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for student needs, offer staff training, and engage in ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina Teaching Certification optional
- North Carolina SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
