Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive, structured, and secure atmosphere that promotes both academic achievement and social growth.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, specialists, and staff to address the unique needs of students in a variety of settings.
- Design, oversee, and implement IEPs tailored to students with disabilities, ensuring personalized and effective instruction.
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to suit various learning styles, abilities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in TN
- At least 2 years of experience working with students facing communication challenges
- Reliable high-speed internet and computer
- Virtual therapy experience is a plus!
