Job Description:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in alignment with their IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Develop treatment plans (IEPs) that are strength-based and centered on the needs of the child and family, aimed at improving overall educational outcomes.
- Ensure that evaluations, treatment plans, and service delivery comply with school, state, and federal regulations.
- Facilitate the generalization of skills across various settings by collaborating with teaching teams and related service providers.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Florida.

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Minimum of two years of experience in educational environments is required; clinical experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Ability to navigate virtual therapy tools and technology for remote service delivery is preferred.

High-speed and reliable internet connection and a personal computer with updated software are essential.

Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
**You will have to pass a tech screen which requires 2 screenshots (internet speed & computer speed) AND a less than 5 minute screen recording of a zoom mockup session testing basic tech proficiency skills
