Virtual SLP Job – California School District (2024-2025)
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready for a virtual role? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a prominent California school district to hire an SLP for the 2024-2025 school year. This remote position involves performing assessments, creating therapy plans, and providing teletherapy services that impact students’ success.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Location: Remote, California
- Additional Details: Provided during the interview process
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure: Valid California SLP license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with students with communication disorders
- Teletherapy: Prior virtual therapy experience is preferred but not required
- Technical Skills: Proficient with technology; reliable computer and high-speed internet connection required (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported)
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- CTC preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students in California.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
- Facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
