We are seeking a motivated and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oregon. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential speech and language services to students in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in teletherapy and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and tools effectively to deliver high-quality services.
- Attend virtual meetings and maintain open communication with school personnel and Procare Therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Oregon SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
