Job Summary: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Job Summary: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This is a remote, contract-based position designed for professionals licensed in Colorado. As a Virtual SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a virtual setting, working closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions using digital tools and resources.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school, district, and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Colorado SLP license.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP, with prior experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with a webcam and microphone.
