Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Georgia (Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Contract
Pay: $42/Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a virtual setting.
- Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress notes.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Georgia state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting, with virtual/teletherapy experience preferred.
