This remote, 1099 contract position will allow you to make a significant impact on the lives of students in our school district.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in Maine to provide remote speech and language therapy services to students in our school district. In this role, you will work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide remote speech and language therapy sessions to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Attend virtual meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Maine State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred.
