Job Overview:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. This role will support students across Ohio in need of speech and language services, providing high-quality therapy in a virtual setting. As a Virtual SLP, you'll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, with access to ongoing clinical and technical support, along with a comprehensive toolkit to enhance your sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services to students via teletherapy
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create and implement effective therapy plans
- Conduct assessments, create individualized goals, and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech-language services
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely
