We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a virtual, contract position serving schools in Virginia.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver engaging, high-quality therapy services to students via teletherapy. This role allows you to make a difference in students' lives from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and consultations to a diverse caseload of K-12 students with speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions and measurable progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of two years of school-based or pediatric experience.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
