Job Overview:
- Position: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
- Location: Work from home, servicing Pennsylvania school districts
- Start Date: Immediate openings – contracts available for the current and upcoming school year
- Caseload: PreK-12 students (specific details provided during interview)
- Pay Rate: $45-50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Schedule: Flexible hours (aligned with school needs)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments for students of various grade levels.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on students’ individual needs and IEP goals.
- Deliver live teletherapy sessions using engaging, evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom and home settings.
- Monitor and track progress, document therapy sessions, and provide feedback to ensure student growth.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team consultations as needed.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in remote speech therapy.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license with teaching certification and all required PA clearances.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred).
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology (training provided).
- Must have a strong internet connection and personal computer that meets teletherapy requirements.
