About VocoVision:
VocoVision is seeking an experienced and compassionate School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to K-12 students in Stamford, Connecticut. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' mental health, behavior, and academic success through remote assessments, counseling, and interventions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop individualized intervention plans to support students’ emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Provide virtual counseling services to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to ensure students receive appropriate services and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with Connecticut’s special education guidelines.
What You Need:
- A valid Connecticut School Psychologist license.
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
- At least two years of experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience preferred).
- Proficiency with virtual assessment tools and online counseling platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
