Position Highlights:
- Location: Fully remote within Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Full-time hours during school days.
- Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $40-$45+, commensurate with experience.
- Contract Type: Independent contractor (1099).
- Start Date: Immediate start upon onboarding completion.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin SLP-CCC License.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.
- Prior experience in schools (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently managing caseloads.
- Strong communication and technical skills for virtual therapy platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
