Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
ProCare Therapy is partnering with school districts across Oregon to find dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the current school year. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a key role in helping students thrive by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders while working virtually with students and collaborating with educational staff to develop strategies that enhance communication skills. This contract-based role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in students’ lives, all while enjoying the convenience of working from home.

Job Description:
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create effective treatment plans and strategies
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Provide virtual support to students, enhancing their communication skills and overall academic success
- Participate in virtual meetings with school teams to discuss student progress and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state you are working from
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual interview directly with the school district
- Offer typically extended within 24 hours of the virtual interview
